Bug grand arena match

I was playing a grand arena match normally when suddenly in the middle of the battle no ability buttons showed on screen so i could do no actions. Time continued to run out, auto did nothing either. Time expired and the game continued to be stuck there eternally not even letting me submit the attempt. This has messed up my grand arena match and rewards. Attaching video. Fix your game, it is becoming unplayable tbh...
