Same here

Try "Kill 10 enemies with Bounty Hunters" instead of killing 10 Bounty Hunters.   That worked for me.    
Common CG mistake.

Same issue here. Indeed KILL 10 enemies WITH Bounty Hunters, just done with the solo Journey Guide "One Famous Wookie" two times.
