Buggy Payment Methods

Today I finally got paid and decided to buy the levi LSBs. I've managed to get Levi 2 and Malgus but when buying Fury, both the webstore and the game has decided to tell me my bank card is empty and I don't have the funds (I do), either due to a card issue or the game itself.  With 20 minutes until expiration and £80 wasted on bundles that are useless without Fury, I am oh so desperate to find any kind of solution.
