I just discover that Plo Koon and Mace Windu has the exact same problem. Plo Koon with 1120 Special damage is doing 400 something damage to enemies, same case with Mace Windu. Please look into this and have it fixed as soon as possible.
I can't find a record of these issues being logged as bugs (though it was a quick check), BUT there will be a balance update coming soon so bump this again if, after that balance, the issue still isn't fixed.
You'll know when the update happens, there will be an in-game announcement about it.

Nah, still terrible damage... I started a thread in general discussion about the patch and this problem is included. Hopefully this will be fixed soon @aaronnemoyten
