Weather the storm data disk crash

I noticed that in Conquest from the start the Weather the storm data disk doesn't work properly. It says that the characters can't be damaged and debuffed until the first turn, but they can't even get buffs which is frustrating. Here's an example with the Great Mothers team. It cost me so much extra conquest energy, because I can't get buffs with any team. Please fix this issue.
