bundle bug

I purchased theKYBER LIGHTSPEEDTOKEN pack the other day while an error occurred and after restarting the game the character shards that i should’ve received got somehow converted into crystals with a message saying that you’ve done the “best” you could”. As a big fan of this game it really disappointed me and here I am to reclaim my character shards.Your immediate help will be much appreciated.Player ID:869-941-931
