Buzzing noise followed by freeze

Question

Since 2 months ago when i changed my phone from an samsung s 8 to a samsung s 20+ i started experiencing a buzzing noise,followed with a freeze,it will not stop untill you force close the app.It happens atleast once each day,ehat i noticed is that if i am not in a battle it will not freeze,it will buzz continuously until i enter a battle and then after 20 seconds will freeze my screen.I have reinstalled the game,my OS is updated(i just did the lastest update today and i still have the issue),it happens on data and wi-fi.This issue it appeared 1 year ago for other users but nothing was done please help me,and keep us updated.

@EA_Lanna I already did those, 2 times now,after i reinstalled the app i got a 1 day without the issue,then it started again,i also noticed if you have opened the aplication for a long time like couple of hours it starts,to minimize the frequency of the bug of happening i have to close the app almost each time i finish playing so about 5-6 times a day,please can we have an engineer look into this problem is not going away.
