- @EA_Lanna I already did those, 2 times now,after i reinstalled the app i got a 1 day without the issue,then it started again,i also noticed if you have opened the aplication for a long time like couple of hours it starts,to minimize the frequency of the bug of happening i have to close the app almost each time i finish playing so about 5-6 times a day,please can we have an engineer look into this problem is not going away.
