How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Ahsoka is not converting the debuffs into buffs, nor does she get any turn meter or protection up. Last TW i tried a full UFU team with Cere Junda, Cal, Fulcrum, Ben Solo and Rey JT, and i saw that she can still ignore taunts but she wasn't getting any buffs. Today i tried her with only Cal and it was clear that she never got any buffs nor turn meter. The enemy teams i faced were the same: Palpatine, Mara, Starkiller, Visas and old Ben
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have omicron upgrate on both Cal and Ahsoka and try a battle in Territory War
