Can someone please help me with this? I have been stuck in this cycle with the in-game EA Help for over a week and they have just suggested the same things over and over. I tried the live chat on the EA Help website and they referred me to the in-game chat.
I am at a loss. I enjoy the game, but this is so aggravating. Is it worth trying to DM someone from Capital Games? I don’t think it’s that complicated a fix, I just need someone to actually look at the problem.
