Can’t be gifted CUP LSB
Multiple of my friends have tried to gift me the cup LSB but it keeps telling them I am ineligible.
does anyone know why?

Do you have an underaged account? Are you level 85? Have you attempted to buy the bundle yourself and the order failed?
There can be several restrictions here.
My account age is 16 not sure what underaged is considered
but why wouldn’t I be able to receive gifts in my account is underage
