Ok this is like the 3rd time I’ve posted this. Why can’t I claim these? There was a minute left before the daily reset!
This has happened to me probably 10 times or more. I’m a paying customer and this is unacceptable. I’m missing out on rewards and it’s extremely frustrating.
CG_Meathead please can someone tell me why this keeps happening?
I've had this same issue and been dismissed by the in-game help multiple times. This is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating when there is still clearly time left to collect rewards that I have earned. The game would not let me collect the Daily quest reward box even though there was 2 minutes until the daily reset, causing me to miss out on crystals and episode points that are essential with the new Era system. CG_Meathead, can you please fix this and let me collect my rewards?
