[BUG] Grand Arena battle freeze – missing buttons, match couldn’t be completed

Had a pretty frustrating bug in Grand Arena today.

PKHO vs Lord Vader on PC (EA app). Mid-battle all my buttons just disappeared and I couldn’t do anything. The fight didn’t end, didn’t progress, just stuck. Weird part is I wasn’t disconnected — I could still type in chat and others replied. Tried to enable/disable my network adapter. When I trying to exit, got an error message (attached). Nothing worked. Ended up losing the battle because of it, which probably cost me the whole GA (attached). No one even responds in chat, the issue is completely ignored, and there’s been zero compensation.
