I logged in with SWGOH via: Connect/ EA Connect, 4 days ago and I still haven't receved those free chests. I am logget in with the same email for both the game and EA. Can you help me, please?

Community ManagerCan you try logging in through a Chrome browser in incognito mode and let me know if the chest shows up?
I am now in incognito Chrome on my lapop, but no CHEST apear on game on my phone. I play this game with my phone.
