Can’t open objective after update

Hopefully they’ll do the right thing and provide everyone with energy since nobody was able to access it during the 2-hour window. 

This seems to happen on all devices. On mobile devices you can go to the App Store or Play Store and update the game again from there, which fixes this. There is still no fix for the PC client though. The Quests button is not in the game yet and the old button causes the permanent spinny thing.

Another issue is that those of us who had already completed daily challenges prior to the update are now unable to finish our dailies. This needs to be reset somehow, or alternatively marked as completed. I don't want to start the new system with a day of unfinished quests and miss out on rewards down the line.

Same here. Try to open objectives but just get spinning wheel. iOS17.6.1

I had the same issue. You'll need to uninstall and reinstall.  There are updates required to download when opening quests etc - but the cached data isn't allowing this. Uninstalling and reinstalling clears this and is the only way to get it working.
