Can’t access https://store.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/ Doesn’t send code

Question

I have been trying to log on to webstore for Star Wars hero’s I enter my email that’s linked to the game and it says it Sends a code I go to the email and never recieve it I ask customer service to unlink my email from the game and they say no you need to set up a back up email which I did and still not receiving the email to long on to&nbsp;https://store.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.comI can not access this and I need help to access this please and thank you &nbsp;now it says it can’t access the account under store&nbsp;

It sounds like you're running into issues with Step 3;&nbsp;Enter the code from your email. There are 3 common scenarios that can cause issues at that stage but the image you attached rules out one of the scenarios;&nbsp;SWGOH Account isn’t connected to the EA account:

Could you read through the other two scenarios please and follow the steps to addressing them? The steps are in the guide here:&nbsp;Step 3;&nbsp;Enter the code from your email.

New EA Account:&nbsp;The EA Account is newly created and has not yet fully completed the set-up process.&nbsp;
A Second SWGOH account:&nbsp;The email you're entering on the webstore is registered to a different SWGOH account.
