It sounds like you're running into issues with Step 3; Enter the code from your email. There are 3 common scenarios that can cause issues at that stage but the image you attached rules out one of the scenarios; SWGOH Account isn’t connected to the EA account:
Could you read through the other two scenarios please and follow the steps to addressing them? The steps are in the guide here: Step 3; Enter the code from your email.
- New EA Account: The EA Account is newly created and has not yet fully completed the set-up process.
- A Second SWGOH account: The email you're entering on the webstore is registered to a different SWGOH account.
