Can’t attack, in GAC, TW or Raids

Anyone else having the issue of game pointing to the battle button everytime you go into any of these game modes and not letting you select a single squad to use for anything? I haven’t been able to attack in GAC or TW in weeks and frankly thinking about giving up on the game because EA customer service has been no help whatsoever. I have opened multiple tickets and each time they close or “lose” my ticket and I have to start all over again. Been playing since almost the beginning when the game was released and love the game… but this almost is the final straw for me. I’ve added images of what happens when i try and battle if anyone has any solutions
