Can’t transfer from Android to IOS

Hi, is there a way to transfer from Android to IOS now the Facebook option was removed? I’ve signed into my EA account, and it finds my account fine, but says the game needs to restart every time I try and select it. Same when I try the ‘Connect’ option in game.

Neither are working and currently no response from EA
