How do I fix this? 
I have been having the same problem for about 3 weeks

Me too tried for 3 days using paypal i can buy on ios using paypal

ETA: this was a reply to the guy that said to try incognito. Glad this forum is still awful. 

ETA part deux: InPrivate tab in Safari let me do it. I had to choose to reduce protections after first failure. Previous attempts were in Chrome.
