Summarize your bug The store used to show me what items I needed with a symbol above each item. It no longer shows needed gear in store.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look for items in the store that are needed by a character and they will no longer display if they are needed.

This is getting very annoying and frustrating. I can no longer see if I need an item in the store.
When farming for items on my characters I check the items and can see that they are available in the store. If I go into the store the symbol is missing above items. Not only that but the characters I need items for are also missing from the item display. On the bottom of the item display it shows other characters that require the gear but not the specific characters I'm farming for.
I guess this bug does not affect all characters and items. The database to display item requirements is missing all newly released characters from the past few months.
@EN6A6E That isn't true. See below, I have the Grand Inquisitor event set as my Journey Guide target. Seventh Sister requires a piece that needs 7* to equip, and it doesn't show her needing it in the store. The other gear she needs will show there, but not those pieces.
As above, this is all working as designed. For what it's worth, I get that it's frustrating. But no action can be taken here as it's not a bug. The only way to prompt change is through feedback in the correct channels.
