Can not get onto the game

nothing wrong with my internet connection everything is working fine.

i get to the loading screen and get the dreaded error 9.0 error

removed the game cleared everything possible switched phone off and on again and still not working.

contact ea and they said they will reply ingame, which is not a lot of good if i can not get into the game.
