Can not Reach into my Account

I am a returning player who did not log into since 2022. Yet I could not reach into my account. It was google play account and I did not linked my account to EA account. I can not reach to my account from Google Play, I can not enter from EA Account. 317 - 228 - 123 Ally code. Can you please help me with it?
