Cannot access SWGOH on PC client

Starting on December 26, 2025, I have not been able to access Galaxy of Heroes on the PC client. I have tried: changing wifi types (5 GHz to 2.4 GHz), restarting the router/router extender, getting a whole new wifi, using wifi at a completely different building, updating to windows 11, deleting and reinstalling the SWGOH app, deleting and reinstalling the EA app, clearing the cache, and looking at the ea.com/unable-to-connect page (I think there were other things I've tried but I don't remember for sure). I even tried asking the ai assistant, but it doesn't know that SWGOH even exists on PC
