Cannot load my account

Hello, first time I'm posting because I am unable to load my account. My phone is logged into this email address as the Google account on my phone, my Google Play account is under this email address as well, when I attempt to load my Galaxy of heroes account I get an error message that indicates that I need to log into this account with my device...

Please fix this. 

This is remarkably frustrating.
