My game crashed around the time that the conquest issue with JKL was notified. Not sure whether it is related though. But now when I go into my game it comes up with a brand new account. I have tried...
@MprezdNZ It sounds like the device may be connected to a separate account, I would recommend reaching out to an EA Advisor for them to further look into your account.
