Summarize your bug I can no longer place ship teams in war. The game doesn't load.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? How should I know? It shouldn't be happening in the first place.

The game refuses to load the ship selection screen when placing teams in war. I placed a few ship teams before it bugged out. I can still place squads.
I tried with clearing cache. Then I tried with clearing data. Then I tried with wiping and reinstalling the entire game on my phone. It flat out refuses to load the ship selection screen. It loads the section before it that shows which teams are already deployed. The moment I hit Set Defensive Fleet the game crashes and sits there with the icon turning on the blue loading screen.
I have been fighting with it for about an hour and it still crashes.
