Cannot purchase crystals from webstore

Hi, for over a month now I’ve been getting an “oops” message off R2 whenever I attempt to buy crystals from the web store? 
I’ve logged out then in then out then in like a drunken uncle doing the okie cokie at a wedding but still no joy.
