Can't complete Hunter Quest due to lack of Saw

Not a bug, precisely, but definitely an issue.  There's a new character quest for Hunter that calls for players to "Defeat Saw Guerra with Hunter (Mercenary) present".  Unfortunately, there's currently no way to complete this quest; there are no PvE enemy squads that include Saw, and asking that of us in PvP is potentially asking us to throw away a battle in GAC (or something like that).

So unless there's a Saw squad in Conquest, or in an upcoming GC, this quest, while not impossible, is certainly problematic to complete.
