Cannot purchase Lightspeed bundle

UPDATE: Heres what worked for me.
I deleted and reinstalled the app.
After 30 mins the bundle popped up in the app again.
I clicked on the bundle again and hit purchase, again.
It asked if the purchase failed, and i clicked yes.
It asked it i wanted to remove the player from receiving the failed purchase, I clicked yes.
Then the bundle was back and able to be purchased like originally.
All in all it took about 4 hours from failed purchase to when It allowed me to remove the failed purchase.

Good day,

I was purchasing LSBs, and my card was declined for verification when purchasing the C3PO bundle. After this, I was unable to purchase the bundle, even after changing to a different credit card, as it no longer appeared in the webstore.

my ally code is 323457379.

pls advise my next steps, as I’d still like to purchase the C3PO bundle.

Solved after some time.
Go into the in-game store, and try to purchase the bundle. The error message below will appear. Clock "Remove pending purchase", and I was able to purchase the LSB via web store thereafter with no issues.
