Cannot see Smugglers LSB in store

On both the web store and mobile client, I cannot see the Smuggler’s LSB. And when I do whenever I click on it to go try and buy it, it says “oops something went wrong” and then disappears. Not sure what the problem is I did not try and buy this bundle but I want to.
