Cannot sim and complete fleet challenges

Question

When I try to sim all fleet challenges, it opens a pop-up that says that I have not enough energy or SIM tickets to do this action. When I tried to complete one of the challenges manually, after I finished and expected to see "Victory" and a pop-up with the rewards, I got another pop-up that says "You do not have enough Galactic Challenge Tickets to attempt this battle". I am attaching the 2 screenshots. My device is Motorola Razr 40 Ultra.

UPDATE: When I restarted the game, it seemed like the challenge was finished, but I don't know if I have received the rewards.

You did receive the rewards. This message appears when your client is out of sync. It requires a restart to correct. So you did complete the challenge and got the rewards, you just don't have the message telling you how much they were.
