Can't access old account that should still exist

I'm trying to access an old account I haven't played on in a few years. I can login to EA fine, but when I try to even access the SWGOH store, after entering the verification code, it refreshes the page and tells me to retry. On mobile (Android) after entering the verification code to login I also get a try again later error. At one point I also got error code 9.0. I have the player ID, ingame username, and ally code. The ally code is 687-135-781. I can't login to the game on PC through the EA app until I can connect on mobile, which I can't do as of now.
