Can't buy LSB's via web store

As mentioned in the title I can't buy the Starkiler and Shadows of the empire bundles via web store even tho I see them in game. I much preffer buying through web store so I'd be grateful if you can help me get them this way. Obviously I created a ticket regarding the issue in game, but the in game support isn't helping. Thanks in advance!;)
