Can't claim daily rewards.

See screenshot, yes it sends individual rewards, but not completion chest.  Supports only response is to claim an hour earlier? Why have a reset then, I don't always have the ability to claim earlier and I'm missing out points to episode track...  my original attempt was 10 minutes prior,  did a cache clear and restart.
