Can't claim final character quest for CX-2

I have 330 character shards, but it won't let me claim the character quest that require just 325.

Same issue but with the 245 shards quest.

No death
After getting enemies health to 3 bars they no longer lose health in conquest sector 2 first mission. Enemies are immune to being defeated.

Conquest Sector 2 Glitch
Issue Description: In Sector 2 of Conquest, enemies stop taking damage once their health is reduced to three bars. At that point, they become immune and cannot be defeated.
