Can't claim final character quest for CX-2

I have 330 character shards, but it won't let me claim the character quest that require just 325.

Can’t defeat bounty hunters on easy conquest sector 2 battle 2

Night sisters bug in Conquest

Unkillable Resistance?
Is there a reason why Scavenger Rey's squad at the end of Sector 1 on Easy Conquest mode won't die to ANY of my full Relic squads?
