Can't claim the last part of the Conquest Acsension pack
It won't let me claim the last free part of the Conquest Acsension pack
Enclosed a SS and a video of the issue
Tried support in-game and was offered no help

I'm having a similar issue. I'd gone through a portion of the ascension pack and went back to get the rest tonight and I just get stuck on the loading screen as well. Happens on both mobile and the PC client as well.
I did the same, left to spend my cache before collecting, came back to an endless loading screen
