Can't Connect new iPad Pro through Facebook Connect

I have tired multiple times to connect my new 2020 iPad Pro through Facebook Connect to play my existing SWGOH game. On the new device I get "An error has occurred that requires restarting the game. Please check your internet connection as a poor connection could be the issue, then press "Restart". If you have seen this prompt multiple times and have a strong internet connection, then please contact us. ErrorCode 9.0.

If I click Contact Us, I get an error because it proxies through too many redirects.

If I click Restart, I get nowhere.

No, I am not using GameCenter.

Any thoughts?

    Seperate but similar issue, I am trying to go from Iphone to Android.  Yes, I’ve contacted customer support and they do not understand this issue, and if you leave the chat it closes and there’s no way to open it back up.
