Purchased Grand Inquisitor LSB and was given crystals instead of characters

This happened to me as well, I bought both the SK and the inquisitor. I was only given the SK crew and some crystals 

Nope it wasn't fixed before the LSB were gone and since I don't see it in the store right now that means they never fixed it for my account

Anyone have any updates?

I know other people are posting about similar issues but I'm adding another post to the pile.

I bought the Grand Inquisitor LSB and received crytslas instead. I have raised a ticket using the in game help. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, it looks like this has happened before with other LSBs and been fixed.

Bought Aphra LSB and it’s showing up in and out of game that I bought it, but not showing in game that my characters from the bundle are reliqued.
