Hello. Thanks for the reply. I’ll give you a little insight as it might help. My main account is on IOS and is connected to game centre. And my second account is on my PC which is just a guest account which I run on bluestacks. Both accounts have the exact same issue when I try to connect. I was having a look around my EA account yesterday and realised that somehow both the log in credentials for my separate accounts both log me into the main account rather than 1 account for each, which seemed very strange to me. I haven’t yet submitted a ticket to EA as I don’t want to mess around with it too much for now. But do you think this could be a potential cause of the problem. Maybe when I try to connect to my EA account my SWGOH account is unsure what it’s actually connecting to or something like that? Could I have some advice on what would be best to do next. Thanks!

Thanks for that context. Yes, I reckon that's causing the error. Both shouldn't be linked to the one EA account, somethings not right there. We're going to need our support team to check this out as it's account specific. It sounds like you're able to load into both accounts still, which is good. Please grab the Player ID/Ally Code's for both in case the support team needs them and reach out to them in-game from one of the accounts using these steps:

Sorry. I may have worded my last message badly. I meant that the problem with the EA accounts are to do with my emails rather than my SWGOH accounts. Neither EA accounts are linked to my in game accounts. So both the emails and passwords for my EA accounts send me to the main EA account when I log in and I’m unable to access the 2nd EA accounts. Which may still be causing the issue in game. Is this something I should still go to in game support with or is it a wider EA account problem? Thanks for the help.

I would, yes @frogey6. If both emails and passwords open up the same EA account, that needs looking into!

I’ve made a little bit of progress. Is there any way you could put me in contact with a real person at EA to receive some help with my accounts as none of the help pages that are there are relevant to my issue. I have managed to log into both accounts now however they keep bugging out and switching between each other and it’s kind of freaking me out as they shouldn’t be linked in any way other than sharing the name and age. So being able to contact a real person to figure out what has gone wrong would be very helpful. Thanks for all your help so far.
