Cant connect to EA account with my SWGOH account

Whenever I try to connect my SWGOH account to my EA account in game I enter my email and the code that is sent to my email but straight after I enter my code and submit it I just get this notificatio...

@frogey6 try setting your phones language to english before trying to connect.

If that doesnt help... are you on Android and have your google account connected?

Language is already set to English so that shouldn’t be causing a problem. I’m on IOS and have already connected to game centre. I made a little bit on progress with my ingame ticket yesterday tho so I’ll say on here if that goes anywhere
