Can't Connect to Webstore or PC

I have been using the PC client to play and logging into the web store for 6 months and haven't had any issues. The other day when I went to log into the PC client it asked me to connect my account to proceed. I looked at my account on my phone and it said it was connected.  I tried to log into the web store and it asked to send me a code. When I enter the code it just loops back to request a code to be emailed to me. I tried disconnecting my account and then re-connecting and that hasn't helped. Any idea what's happening?
