Can't even load onto the game on PC

Ok so I've spent an entire day troubleshooting this, and nothing has worked. Whenever I load the game on my PC, it gets stuck as so:

It has been like this for literal hours, and I've tried everything from System Resets to Repairing the game through EA to Uninstalling the game completely. I'm unsure if my swgoh account is even still reachable in the game at this point, but it doesn't even matter because I can't even get to the menu.

The game still works perfectly fine on mobile for me, and I'm out of options. I'm unsure if anyone else is also having this issue, but any help would be much appreciated.
