Can't join Grand Arena

Hi, Recently bought HDB so haven't played Grand Arena yet. I was under the impression that I should be able to join today but I don't seem to have the option to. Is GAC in its off week? Or is there ...

    Yes, GAC is in its off week, which ended about an hour ago.  If you're eligible, you can now join GAC.
