Can't Launch the Game

Heya!

I am having some issues launching the app. When I tap the app I get a black screen and the error message "Error: Failed to extract resources needed by Il2CPP". I attempted to contact EA support on the issue and they were entirely unhelpful and ended the support session by just giving me a list of troubleshooting tips for console....... and this is a mobile game issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I should also note that I have already tried clearing cached data, restarting phone, reinstalling the game, and restarting the router.

Support is not very helpful in my experience!!
