Jogo não abre e nao ganho presente na web store

Faz horas que tento entrar no jogo e não consigo, fica na página de carregamento. E na web store depois de tentar muito entrei. Mas fsz muitos dias que nao aparece o presente diário para eu resgatar.

can't connect since today's update
