Have you both tried reinstalling the app? If your account is synced up to your Google or Facebook accounts the progress won't be deleted.

Yes, I’ve tried on 3 separate devices, both on WiFi and cellular data. I can log in to other games successfully using Play Games, just not this one. I’ve deleted, reinstalled, cleared cache (for both swgoh and play games), and even tried some troubleshooting I found on one of your other games (NBA Live?) that suggests disconnecting google and reconnecting (which does give the prompt, but then same error). I also tried contacting your support, but they were unable to do anything but point me here.

Reinstalling the app doesn't solve the issue.
I called in to support again, they said all the servers were down (??) but I could still log in on my son's account on iOS. At what point do I start asking Google for refunds?
@EA_Blueberry any update? I raised a support ticket and was assured this was a "known issue" and yet its been 4 days now without progress.

What the Error specifically says (screenshots are amazing): "Failed to sign in. Please check your network connection and try again"
Last time this happened (provide date/time-zone/location): 11-5-2018, PST, California
Troubleshooting tried (re-installed app, updated software on device, rebooted device, etc.): Performed all aforementioned actions plus clearing of all cache and storage from Google Play Store, Google Play Games, Google Play Services. Removed account. Added account. All ineffective.
