Are you using a Chrome browser? If not try that. Also, clear your cache/cookies.

I'd like an advisor to confirm you're logging in with the same account you play with. Please use the in-game help to open a case so they can confirm this. They should be able to help with this issue in general. Since it's account related, we're very limited with the help we can provide here.
