  • Are you saying they can't recover my old account after 80 days? I create a new email address and account, and before I can even start playing, I'm locked out of EA Connect.I'm writing to EA support, including the place you referred me to, and they maintain that it's true. I don't understand how they came to this conclusion without even passing a level. EA support is the worst institution I've ever seen in my life.

  • Sounds like you're facing sanctions for 'your' past violations with EA; rather than sanctions on a new SWGOH 'account'.  To put it another way,  they've banned you and any accounts you make (my uneducated guess anyway).

    This suggest there's more going on here than you're letting on.  I think you're only course of action is to go through 'EA Help'.   However, as you said, it's not the best of experiences.

    The problem is that I have a new email address and a new account, and I cannot connect to my EA account. I don't understand how someone can commit a violation right after starting the game.If anyone is still playing this game despite everything, I think they should all be given medals.

    Yes, but you haven't taken into account anything I wrote.  This doesn't appear to be a  SWGOH ban.  This appears to be an EA ban.  So, it would have nothing to do with your new  SWGOH account or what you have done with the new account in SWGOH.  It would be to do with your past interactions with EA.

    That's my read on the very little you've wrote about it.
