Workaround for now: Players can log in to ea.com and update their email addresses. Once email is changed, you should be able to log in to the webstore.

Did anyone find a solution to this problem? I have been trying lots of things to work around it, but sadly nothing is working. I can't even login to my EA account with the - in the email .I created another one in hopes that I could switch the account to a new email. Please let the thread know if you get a solution to this problem.

I recognized the same Problems with my mailadress since start of february. In my opinion the EA Connect mail adress can not changed by myself.

This issue still occurs to me and many players and I am astonished. Come on EA/CG.. it’s just a minus sign („-„)!This should not be a problem at all. Please fix this or tell us the way to change our bounded mail address at least.
Tried to login via several devices and every OS as well as different browsers.

Two weeks ago and nothing is happening… There should be a lot of players with that problem…

The problem still exists. Losing out on the bonus gifts like calendar etc for so long now

Luckily its a pretty easy fix. And even compensation should be easy. Just query all mail addresses linked via webstore that contain a "-"
So far we lost 900 crystals, 18x100 Energy 1.8m credits ... and if the store does not get fixed before the calendar ends - 30 kyro mats and 1 zeta.
